For the avoidance of doubt, Ape Talent does not control the blockchain protocol ("Protocol") on which the APE and other fungible tokens and various non-fungible tokens ("NFTs") are tradable or useable and cannot control activity and data on the Protocol, the validation of transactions on the Protocol, or use of the Protocol. We only read and process data from the Protocol to the extent necessary to provide our services. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of data stored on the Protocol.

    We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. If there are any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you as required by applicable law. You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy if you continue to use our Services after the new Privacy Policy takes effect.

    When you use Ape Talent, you only need provide us with your Ethereum address, and optionally other certain personal information, such as your name, email address, and other contact information. We collect this information to create your account and allow you to use our services. We may also collect information about your use of Ape Talent, such as the pages you visit and the actions you take within the app, but this information will be collected anonymously and not shared with any other external service or company, and in any case will not be used with commercial purposes.

    Information You Provide to Us Directly: At account creation or login you provide us with your Ethereum address. You may also provide us with your name, email address, and other contact information, optionally via your profile section. We collect this information to share with other users, to allow you to use our services. This information may be automatically obtained from ENS service, if you have an ENS domain associated with your Ethereum address. However, you can decide to remove this information from your profile at any time.

    Information Collected Automatically: We only store Cookies to guarantee the proper function of our services. Cookies are small text files placed in device browsers that store preferences and facilitate and enhance your experience. We do not store third party cookies for marketing or any other purposes.

    We use your information for a variety of business purposes, including to provide our Services, for administrative purposes, and to market our products and services.
